How the software fits together
GoliathApp is the platform and the top of the hierarchy. It does not describe the applications built on it. GoliathOmics inherits that platform and uses two standalone utilities, GoliathAlign and MethylExtractor. Those utilities do not depend on GoliathApp or GoliathOmics.
